We take your privacy very seriously and have a firm commitment to privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes how Ariana Lise Newcomer collects personal information and how it will be used.

We collect information (name and email address) from online visitors who ask to be on our newsletter mailing list and/or receive a free downloadable gift and/or periodic email announcements. Anyone can choose to be removed from our mailing list at any time. A link is provided at the bottom of every email from us to update your subscription preferences or to unsubscribe.

Our email service is provided through AWeber. Through AWeber, we may track what you click on in our emails so we can better understand what you are interested in, and respond to that. That information is stored on AWeber. When you unsubscribe, that information is no longer available to Ariana Lise Newcomer. Please see AWeber’s Privacy Policy for further information.

Those who purchase a product or program through one of our websites, or in conversation with Ariana Lise Newcomer or her staff, must provide their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, security code and expiration date. All credit card transactions occur over a secure connection. Credit card numbers are not stored by Ariana Lise Newcomer.

Your physical mailing address may be used to send you physical mail through the postal services.

Credit card numbers may be stored on the payment processing platform used during your purchase. These are Stripe, PayPal or Square. Please refer to their website(s) for their Privacy Policy.

PayPal: Your PayPal information is private to you and stored within your PayPal account. Ariana Lise Newcomer does not receive your PayPal log-in information, or any of your credit card information from PayPal.

Square: You may choose to save your credit card information on Square. We only do Square transactions with your permission, or through an invoice to you. Ariana Lise Newcomer does not keep your credit card information.

Stripe: Your credit card information and address are generally saved on Stripe. When you sign up for a monthly payment plan to pay for a program with Ariana Lise Newcomer, you agree to allow your card to be automatically charged on Stripe for the monthly payment amount and number of payments stipulated in the contract you sign for the program. Other charges may be made with your permission for purchases of additional programs or Private Mentoring sessions. Ariana Lise Newcomer will never process any charges without your permission.

All the data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We will not sell, trade, or give your personal information to other companies or organizations. Please note that if you give out personal information online through a discussion board or posting site, that information can be collected and used by third parties. Although we strive to protect our users’ privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of information you post in these forums.

As you browse our websites, cookies may be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in, and so that you will easily be able to log in to your member area to access materials for any program you have purchased. You can control cookies through your browser settings on your computer.
